Uplook To Outlook!

Believing and so being enabled to see as God would have us and worshipfully maintaining a singular focus on God -- as we have considered the last two days -- ought to have a dynamic impact on our disposition in life. Though the world around us may be in chaos and unrest, because of our focus resting on the greatness of God and our relationship with Him, others may wonder how we can still maintain a JOYFUL outlook on life.

Backing up to the first two verses of the psalm we have been noting we read. . .
"(1) Oh come, let us sing to the LORD; let us MAKE A JOYFUL NOISE to the rock of our salvation! (2) Let us come into his presence with THANKSGIVING; let us make a JOYFUL NOISE TO HIM WITH SONGS OF PRAISE!" ( Psalm 95:1-2 ESV)

With our life focused on God, do we have a joyful song in our heart that compels us on through life? Are we acknowledging life being lived in His presence that is accompanied by continual THANKSGIVING and PRAISE?

Because God exists and we are His, we should naturally be powerfully compelled toward worshipping Him! I don't mean only what we do when we assemble together, but every day of our life! Daily living with a worshipful disposition will be marked by a continual seeking to please Him and be characterized by a spirit of PRAISE and THANKSGIVING. May our continual looking up to God inspire an outlook that radiates such.
