The IN Crowd! (part 9 of 10)

What is the benefit we receive from the "in crowd" of which we have been seeking to be a part? Is it a place where we are truly NURTURED? Is it a group where we receive BLESSING? Are the benefits more than that which relates to the physical life?

There are so many other passages we could focus on regarding what it means to be IN CHRIST. Just reading through the Ephesian letter we find phrase after phrase regarding what is found and was accomplished IN HIM. [I once preached a series of 23 sermons on those phrases from Ephesians.]

In Paul's opening statements he wrote. . .
"(3) Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has BLESSED US IN CHRIST WITH EVERY SPIRITUAL BLESSING in the heavenly places," ( Ephesians 1:3 ESV)

What can we lack IN CHRIST? There is no other source for such blessing. Why should we be tempted to even look anywhere else? Praise God for such a provision as is ours IN CHRIST!
