The IN Crowd! (part 10 of 10)

If you are being looked for, where will you BE FOUND? Where were you last night? Where were you yesterday afternoon? Where were you this morning? Was it where you would want JESUS TO FIND YOU?

Where we are in life now relates to where we will be taken from to enter into eternity. Are we continuing to keep this in mind?

Note Paul's aim.
"(7) But whatever gain I had, I counted as loss for the sake of Christ. (8) Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ (9) and be FOUND IN HIM, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which comes through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God that depends on faith--" ( Philippians 3:7-9 ESV)

Above all, Paul wanted to be FOUND IN CHRIST. All else counted for nothing. Being IN CHRIST was everything!

John exhorted. . .
"(28) And now, little children, ABIDE IN HIM, SO THAT WHEN HE APPEARS WE MAY HAVE CONFIDENCE AND NOT SHRINK FROM HIM IN SHAME AT HIS COMING." ( 1 John 2:28 ESV)

Our source of confidence is knowing we are IN HIM! May this continue to be the quest of our life!

Have a great day SET TO ULTIMATELY BE FOUND IN HIM!
Carl
