ANSWERING THE CALL! (part 4a)

To WHAT have we been called? Over the next four days we will focus on this part of “answering the call”. Read the selected passages! Look up other passages of Scripture! Spend some time meditating on them! Be encouraged by them! Thank God for that to which and into which He has called you!

TO A NEW RELATIONSHIP!

“ including you who are CALLED TO BELONG TO JESUS CHRIST,” ( Romans 1:6 ESV)

“God is faithful, by whom you were CALLED INTO THE FELLOWSHIP OF HIS SON, Jesus Christ our Lord.” ( 1 Corinthians 1:9 ESV)

“See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be CALLED CHILDREN OF GOD; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him.” ( 1 John 3:1 ESV)

Yes, we are called into a relationship where we truly belong! We are called into a fellowship that is eternal! Oh, what love to count us as a member of the Family; a child of God! What a privilege to be able to wear the Family Name: Christian!
