Well, I Declare! (part 6)

“She loves me. She loves me not. She loves me. She loves me not.” One by one the petals are pulled from the daisy. “She loves me. She loves me not.
She loves me. She loves me not.” Then down to last few petals... “She loves me. She loves me not. SHE LOVES ME!” The DECLARATION is made! The DECLARATION is made with great excitement when it is known to be true. And the DECLARATION is made to anyone who will listen. “SHE LOVES ME AND I WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW IT!”

And I will tell anyone who will listen how much my wife loves me and about the many ways in which she has shown and continues to show her love for me. SHE LOVES ME!

The Psalmist stated:
“I will DECLARE that YOUR LOVE STANDS FIRM FOREVER, that you established your faithfulness in heaven itself.” ( Psalm 89:2 NIV)

And that is definitely a LOVE to DECLARE! Why? Because GOD’s LOVE is perfect. GOD’S LOVE always has our best interests in view. GOD’S LOVE is steadfast! GOD’S LOVE is eternal! It is a LOVE we should be ready to DECLARE from the mountain tops. It is also the LOVE we should DECLARE through our attempts to imitate it in our own lives. “HE LOVES ME!” “HE LOVES YOU!” And He wants us to continue responding to HIS LOVE, abiding in it, and DECLARING it to the world.
