Pearls! (Part 5 of 7)

The psalmist wrote…
“(25) Of old you laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands. (26) They will perish, BUT YOU WILL REMAIN; they will all wear out like a garment. You will change them like a robe, and they will pass away, (27) BUT YOU ARE THE SAME, AND YOUR YEARS HAVE NO END.”
( Psalm 102:25-27 ESV)

The creation is a wondrous work of God. However, it was not destined to remain forever. Nonetheless, our GOD REMAINS. He remains the same and we can therefore know what to expect today and tomorrow. Jesus is also characterized as THE CONSTANT we can rely upon. ( Hebrews 13:8)

We live in a changing world. Such tends to present us with many challenges. However, since our God and our Lord are UNCHANGING, we have a firm hope to which we can anchor our lives. May we continue to proclaim an unchanging Christ in a changing world.
